The same reproducible AAIR standard, published as category rankings. This is the currency analog to the seal: a J.D. Power-style ranking or a Nielsen rating for AI answers — who the engines actually name, trade by trade and metro by metro. Independent of any engagement; the measure stands on its own, or it's worthless.
Measurement note (2026-08-06): an earlier census over-credited several shops before the grounded ruler was tightened; this dated entry is the corrected, reproducible reading. Grounded “who’s best” naming is volatile run-to-run, so we publish each dated census rather than the most flattering one.
