About

We get you named when buyers ask AI who to choose.

PRAGMA™ is a managed AI-answer-visibility service. When someone asks Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, or Google AI Overview who to hire, we get your business named and recommended. Then we defend that position while the engines retrain and rivals move.

Built by an operator, not a consultant

PRAGMA™ was not born in a deck. It was proven on a real business first — a 40-year national operator, a signage company four decades deep, today serving homebuilders, government agencies, military bases, universities, and Fortune 500 campuses.

Before PRAGMA™ sold a single engagement, we ran the whole method on ourselves. We built the owned presence, earned the reviews and profiles, structured the entity data, and watched the AI engines start naming that business when buyers asked who to choose. We ran it on ourselves first. Only then did we offer it to anyone else.

Why PRAGMA™ exists

AI names the businesses that prove themselves; it skips the generic ones. Almost no business can see which they are — or fix it. That gap is why PRAGMA™ exists.

Buyers stopped scrolling ten blue links. They ask an AI who to choose and they trust the short list it reads back. Being named is the whole game. If the engine says your competitor and not you, the buyer never learns you existed.

Here is the problem almost nobody can solve on their own: you cannot easily see whether AI names you, why it names the businesses it does, or what to change to fix it. The answer is assembled live from your owned presence, your reviews, your profiles, and the structured data that describes you. Most businesses have never looked, and have no way to defend the position once they have it. That gap is why PRAGMA™ exists.

The promise

Own the asset. We defend the position. You own every page, review, profile, and record we build — no lock-in, and it keeps running if PRAGMA™ ever vanishes. The retainer buys the ongoing defense of your position as the engines retrain and competitors move.

What PRAGMA™ does

We build and continuously defend the owned online presence the AI engines read from — the pages, the reviews, the profiles, and the structured entity data that tell an engine who you are and why to name you. It is managed, not a tool you have to run. Are you the answer? Run the check yourself — a measurement you can run yourself, not a score you're asked to trust. From there it is a subscription, and you can be live in a day.

Everything we produce is yours. The trust promise is simple: we will never hold your presence hostage. The subscription earns its keep by defending your position month after month, because visibility you win today erodes the moment an engine retrains or a rival makes a move.

The standard behind the work

Credible visibility needs a neutral yardstick, so we're building the one the category lacks — a published, reproducible standard and an independent Institute that issues it, the way J.D. Power issues an award and Nielsen sets the currency. PRAGMA™ owns the ruler as well as the work: the AAIR standard, and the AI Visibility Institute that publishes it. Together they define, in the open, what AI-answer visibility means and how it is scored — a public, category-defining reference, plus a registry and seal that anyone can check.

The AAIR Standard.
The public ruler
A neutral, open definition of AI-answer visibility and how it is scored — the category-defining reference for whether the engines name a business and why.
AI Visibility Institute.
Registry & seal
The public body that publishes the standard and maintains the registry and seal, so a business's AI-answer visibility can be verified by anyone, not just claimed.

What we won't do
